How fast will I hear back after submitting this form?
Lyochem targets a first reply within 12 hours during the working week. Each inquiry is reviewed by an atelier team member before pricing — we do not auto-quote, because pricing depends on the lot scope, the sequence, the analytical packet you need, and the scale. Expect a real synthesis chemist or sales contact, not a templated response.
What does the first reply typically include?
For a sample-data-packet request: confirmation of an appropriate lot, expected ship date, and the per-lot analytical packet that ships with the sample (RP-HPLC chromatogram, ESI-MS identity, LC-MS/MS sequence verification, Karl Fischer water, counter-ion, stability data). For a commercial inquiry: unit pricing at your requested scale, MOQ, lead time, shipping options, and any institutional-procurement documentation we can attach for your purchasing workflow.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Catalogue reference standards start at milligram-scale sample lots (typically 5 mg or 10 mg for the first sample). Commercial MOQs are sequence-dependent and depend on whether the active is held in inventory or made-to-order. Custom-synthesis programmes start at 50–100 mg pilot scale; preclinical scale-up runs at 100 mg through multi-gram volumes.
Will my inquiry stay confidential?
Yes. Custom-sequence specifications, target indications, and institutional ordering volumes are treated as confidential by default. If you need a mutual NDA before disclosing a custom sequence or unpublished research design, request it in the message field — we countersign within one business day.
Who can buy from Lyochem?
Lyochem ships to academic laboratories, biotech R&D groups, contract research organisations (CROs), and pharmaceutical R&D departments globally. Can you take on a custom-synthesis programme?
Yes. Custom-synthesis work is part of the atelier service. Three tiers: Custom Sequence (5–50 aa, 21–45 day lead time, 100 mg pilot); Modification Service (PEG / Cu / fluorescent / isotope labels on an existing sequence, 14–30 days, 50 mg); Scale-Up to Preclinical (mg → multi-g, 45–90 days, IND-aware documentation).
