Check us before you pay — here is how.

1. Get the COA of your own lot

A certificate only means something when it belongs to the lot you receive. Every Lyochem lot has its own batch COA.

1. Before you order, ask sales which lot the quote will be filled from and for that lot's batch COA.
2. When the parcel arrives, compare the product, strength and lot number on your vials and documents with the COA.
3. Lost the COA or bought earlier? Send the lot number to sales and ask for the COA of that lot again.
4. If anything does not match, tell us before you use the material — see the quality guarantee on the returns page.

2. Read the COA in five checks

Lay the COA next to the product page's compound facts table and your order.

1. Product name and strength match your order, and the lot number matches your vials and documents.
2. HPLC purity meets the purity specification on the product page; the chromatogram shows one main peak. How to read an HPLC trace.
3. The MS result is close to the theoretical molecular weight in the compound facts table. Mass alone does not prove the sequence — why; ask for LC-MS/MS if your work needs it.
4. The bacterial-endotoxin result and the fill amount (content per vial) are reported for the lot. Compare the fill amount with the strength on the label.
5. The COA is dated and says who ran the tests. Independent reports from an outside laboratory carry their own report number (step 3).

3. Independent laboratory reports

We publish 22 first-page previews of HPLC/MS reports from an independent analytical laboratory, each with its report number, sample strength and analysis date, on the COA page. Product pages show the reports for that product. Quote the report number to sales for the complete file.

More independent reports are being added. Where a laboratory offers online verification of its reports, we will publish the details you need to check the report on the laboratory's own website.

4. Pay only after a written quote

You pay only after you accept a written quote and receive a proforma invoice. There is no payment on this website: our sales team confirms how to pay with you in the chat, by WhatsApp or e-mail. Details on the payment page.

5. Is Lyochem legit? Facts you can check

We do not publish customer reviews, star ratings, a founding year, an address or certification badges, because we publish only what we can show a document for. What you can check:

1. The website, the inquiry form and our e-mail all use the lyochem.com domain. Our WhatsApp contact is given to you through this site after you send an inquiry — treat other accounts or domains claiming to be Lyochem with caution.
2. Every lot has a batch COA you can ask for before ordering (step 1).
3. Independent HPLC/MS reports with report numbers (step 3).
4. A written quote before payment, and a replacement or refund if a lot fails its agreed specification.
5. A person from our sales team answers, usually within 24 hours.
