Lead time
Each product page lists its lead time (for example 7–14 or 14–21 days). Your quote confirms the date for your order and lot. Tell us your deadline when you ask — we say before you pay whether it is realistic.
If a supplied lot fails agreed specifications, we’ll replace it at no cost or refund its purchase price in full.
Quality test failed? Free replacement or full refund.
Off-spec? Free replacement or full refund.

Shipping
Lead time, shipping charge and destination are confirmed in your quote before you pay, so nothing about delivery is decided after payment.
Each product page lists its lead time (for example 7–14 or 14–21 days). Your quote confirms the date for your order and lot. Tell us your deadline when you ask — we say before you pay whether it is realistic.
The shipping charge depends on the quantity and the destination, and is shown in the written quote next to the products. Tell us the ship-to country when you ask for a quote.
Orders are dispatched after payment. Sales sends you the carrier and tracking number when the parcel leaves and stays your contact until it is delivered.
Import duties, taxes and any permits are the buyer's responsibility unless the quote says otherwise. Check your country's rules for research materials before you order, and tell us which documents your customs broker needs — every lot ships with its batch COA.
If tracking stops moving or customs holds the parcel, send us the tracking number. We take it up with the carrier and confirm in writing what happens next. Ask us before you order how this is handled for your destination.
Check the parcel when it arrives and store the material as stated on its product page. If anything is damaged, missing or different from your quote, tell us promptly with photos — see returns & quality.
