Every claim is reviewed against your order and the batch COA of the lot, and the outcome is confirmed in writing. Here is what to send and what is covered.
If a supplied lot does not meet a quality specification and test method agreed in your written quotation or purchase order, we replace that lot at no charge or refund the product price you paid for it. Send the lot number with either a report from a laboratory both sides accept, using the agreed method, or clear photos or video of a visible quality problem. Full terms: Terms, quality guarantee.
Contact sales promptly after delivery with your order reference, the lot number and photos of the parcel and vials. We confirm the remedy in writing once the claim is reviewed.
